Our Story

A dream that started young, and never let go

Since she was a little girl, my wife dreamed of owning her own bakery someday. In 2022, she was diagnosed with MS, multiple sclerosis, which has made it hard for her to use her hands for long periods of time.

That diagnosis didn't take the dream away. I stepped in to handle the physical side of baking, but every recipe, every instinct, every decision about what's right still comes from her. So now we bake in the quiet hours after our kiddos go to bed, the way we always pictured it.

Life is short. Why not go for it?
